Banana Chaffle


1/2 Cup of Almond Flour

3/4 Cup of Mozzarella Cheese

1/2 of a Banana

1 Egg

1 TBS Vanilla Extract

2 TBS Heavy Cream


Step 1- In a small/medium bowl, add your half of banana and mash with a fork until smooth and little to no chunks are visible.

Step 2- Crack the egg into the bowl and stir until the banana and egg are well mixed.

Step 3- Add the remainder of ingredients. (Heavy cream, cheese, vanilla extract and almond flour) Stir thoroughly.

Step 4- Pour about 2TBS of the chaffle mix into your mini waffle maker and spread out carefully.

Step 5- Close waffle maker and wait 2-3 minutes. Check chaffle and if it is still undone, close waffle maker and leave for another 30 second to 1 minute longer.

Step 6- CAREFULLY remove your chaffle (because it is obviously HOT!) and place on your plate.

Step 7- Spread a small or large amount of peanut butter on top of your chaffle and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Step 8- Make the rest of your chaffle mix and eat up or store them in a freezer bag in the freezer and place one in the toaster for your next easy, healthy and super yummy breakfast!
